Questions about payments
Is money held in escrow?
No. Payment goes directly to the creator's connected Stripe account when you pay. Use your workflow's approval stages to agree on the work before you pay.
Which currencies can I pay in?
You set the currency per collaboration — EUR, CHF, USD, GBP and every other currency Stripe supports. The creator is paid in the currency you agreed.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Card, through Stripe Checkout — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the other cards Stripe accepts in your region.
Do creators pay to receive money?
Creators don't need a paid plan to get paid. A 4% platform fee is deducted from each payout — on a €800 payment the creator receives €768. Brands always pay exactly the agreed amount.
Is automatic payout coming?
Today you release each payment yourself from the collaboration — nothing is charged automatically. Approval stages in the workflow let you sign off on the work before any money moves.
